As easily

?1. Others can't do that as easily
2. Others can't do that just as easily
3. Others can do that as easily
4. Others can do that just as easily

Could you point out which ones are the correct sentences?
I think only 1,2,4 are correct.

And it seems like without the word "just", "as easily" doesn't work in positive sentences like in sentence 3. Am I right?
