As computers are being used more and more in education, there will be soon no role for teachers in the classroom.

Nowadays, the computer’s technologies have been developed immensely. This technology has created a substantial impact to the students for using computer. The students rely on computer in every aspect, i.e. online courses as well as research work. The students feel more comfortable to study online course because of time flexibility. The students feel that online computer courses have many advantages than a class room learning.

The deviation of student’s intellect in a class makes quick learner students more uncomfortable. They won’t believe with this slow learning process. Subsequently, the students get variety of information on net about their course without any interruption. As a result, they can cover a vast subject in a short time.

Human interaction is very important in any learning process. By interacting, teachers can easily understand students’ query, intelligence, mindset and their capability. Based on that, teacher can decide how to communicate with the students and what is the best way to teach them. It helps both teachers as well as students to understand each other effectively.

Social culture is very important in a student’s life. Classroom learning or study in a group improves their social skills and give them an opportunity to understand others. It also improves the power of tolerance along with their formal study. However, the presence of a teacher is essential for students because the human contact influences them in positive ways.

In conclusion, the role for teachers in the learning process is still very important and it will continue to be in the future because no machine can replace the human interaction and its consequences. Computer is a system which contains pre-defined program, it can’t do anything beyond its pre-defined standard.
