As busy as

Hi,

I just confronted the following sentence. Which one is the correct choice? A, B or both.

A) Life in the country is not as busy as life in the city.
B) Life in the country is not as busy as in the city.

I'd appreciate any help in advance,

Iman

Hi Iman, Both are correct. Sentence A is more detailed in it's explanation, and "life" in sentence B is understood - though not stated.

Hi Marwa04,

What I can suggest you is that grammar is just a reference to which you can refer in the case of a problem and I'd prefer not to read it like an ordinary book.
Since this is the case YOU'd better to take the book called "Practical English Usage" by Micheal Swan.

Hope it helps,

Iman
