AS and SINCE

Hi

often i have to decide if to use since and as BUT actually i do not know if they are correct in the following sentence:

"As \since you did not have any budget for the stand construction we offered you a more exepensive proposal"

Can someone tell me if in this sentence i can use both or is there any difference???

You can use either. Personally, I don't use 'as' in the meaning of 'since' very much at all. I almost always use 'since'.

Can I replace "since" with "from the moment that..." ?

Not in your example sentence. That's a different meaning of since.

In your sentence since (or as) means something more like because.

hi to all.
when i was checking your above mssgs, could not be sure about my knowledge.
example:

I'm angry with you, since/as you did this wrong.
since/as you did this wrong, I'm angry with you.

i use since/as like above, this is wrong?
