As a whole Native speaker help

I'd like to know if as a whole is possible in each of these sentences and how would you write it in s proper manner?

Put makeup on and nice clothes that way once she's done with your hair you'll be able to tell if you look good as a whole. you won't have to go home to put make up on to get an idea of how you'll look.

She has a prettier face, her sister has a better personality and is funny. If I had to pick someone to date, as a whole she's probably the better one.

Can you tell me about the validity of the sentence as a whole?

As it stands, this sentence has an illegal comma splice. To correct it, it needs a conjunction (but) in from of "her", and " change "funny" to "funnier". Anoth
