I don't know how as-pharse can directly follow has.
It is the place for direct object.

I think it's longer than that. I'd hesitate to try to list them.

I can think of similar verbs like :

He put down as his greatest weakness...
He listed as his greatest weakness....
He included as his greatest weakness....

I guess all verbs that have a similar meaning can be used in this construction.
