Can anyone tell me what are "as if" and "as though" and show me how to use them in a sentence. Thanks

They mean the same thing: you are here, it seems to me you are happy (but I could be wrong).

as if and as though are idiomatic conjunctions :

It looks as if/though it`s going to snow. - (going to future) = it looks like it`s going to snow
