To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Creative freedom is appreciated for artists in expression their thoughts and innovative ideas on portraits. Some individuals believe that given a full imaginative freedoom brings great benefits on their work of arts. In my opinion, artists should have enough liberty in creativity instead of total freedom to release their emotions.

On the one hand, artists should have the liberty to portray their original views and sentiment without worrying about confinement. It can be seen that most painters tend to utilize their oeuvres as the means of impressing their emotions and delivering meaningful messages about social issues to viewers which spread awareness among masses. Guemica, for example, painted by Pablo Picasso, which refers to the city bombed in the Spanist Civil War depicts the honors of war and releasing the nationalism, as a result, has come to be an anti-war symbol and a reminder of tragedies of war. Thus, with creative liberty, they can produce a masterpiece for use or can provide means to expose the issues around us.
On the other hand, there is no denied that works of art have significant impacts on society. Any oeuvres have highly subjective point of view, therefore, it is straightforward that it is able to raise a sense of tensions and violence in the public’s mind that provoke serious social conflicts or even war. For example, on the one of the most well-known portrait of Pablo Picasso about femail sexuality that seen as outrageous and obsence by several individuals has negative effects in world art. Some of the arts could hurt the communal or sentiments of the people throughtout masterpice in relation to religious issues.
To sum up, although, I agree that freedom is required to create pieces of art which could be appreciated by all the countries, authority is also required to create artists responsible for the multicultural group.
