When i use artificial licence. Does it mean fake licence?

So can i use false driver licence to mean fake licence?

At least where I live (US) it would be called a fake license, not a false or artificial license. If you were caught using one, though, the charges (in my state) would be "Fictitious License" for having it, and "No Operator's License" for driving without a genuine license.
