Articles in titles

Hi,

When do we need to use an article in titles? Can we omit it? And, if yes, under what circumstances?

E. g.:

Contract of Factoring

The Contract of Factoring

A Contract of Factoring

Does it change anything if we add some information? E. g. "under German Law ":

{The, A, -} Contract of Factoring under German Law

Thanks in advance

Articles are used in section titles just like they are elsewhere. The Contract of Factoring under German Law -- There is only one contract. A Contract of Factoring under German Law -- There is more than one contract Contract of Factoring under German Law -- 'Contract' is a non-count process, not a document or law.
