Do project names have articles? For examle: if the name of the project is from another language like "Koira" do I write it in English "Koira-project" or "The Koira-project"?

We commonly say 'I'm working on the Koira project'.

If the project is well-known, we might say 'I'm working on Koira'.

No hyphens.
