which is the correct one:

or
"call out in A language of your choice"

NICE question. That got me thinking.

There is a difference in parsing. In the text below, I'm using brackets to indicate precedence. It works like this:

1. Call out in THE (language of your choice)
2. Call out in (A language) of your choice

So, whether you use 1 or 2 depends on what you attach the article to. As Suzi said, however, both are correct.
