Articles before answers?

Hi. Please help me with writing multiple-choice answers to some comprehension questions. Should we put articles before the answers? Also, is the question "Who is it?" in the first question correct? Thank you in advance for your help.

Here I think you need not have articles as you refer to them in a general sense
