Is these sentences correct?

Bring me the book from the kitchen, please. (this person don`t know this book but there is only one in this kitchen).

Bring me a book with a white cover from the kitchen, please. (this person don`t know this book but there is only one with a whit cover in this kitchen and there are other books too).
