Articles

Hello. I have got a problem with articles.Because I don't understand when I should use them in plural. For example there is a sentence:
I found on the web two sentences:
1. How to study subjects you hate?
2. How do you study the subjects you hate?
3.Studying the subject you hate
4 . How to revise a subject you hate?

I don't understand why in some sentences is used ,,the'' and is some there isn't ,,the''?

or for example:
I don't have to for the people who hate me
I don't time for people who hate me.

and when I would like to create a sentence now I don't know:
I love people who go to this cinema
or
I love the people who go to this cinema.

P.S. Thank you for your help

Sometimes the difference in meaning is very slight, virtually non-existent.

This is particularly true when a restrictive relative clause follows.

to study (the)
