Hi everybody

A: He's _______________ little sick, but it's nothing serious. (No article or a or the)

'a' is the correct answer.

Bit sick is adjective. So I think it should be he's little sick, but...

2) Q: Are you watching _______________ Lakers-Celtics game? What's _______________ score?
A: The Lakers are winning by 15.

( The Lakers-Celtics game.

The Lakers.

Why 'the' is used in the above 2 sentences? )

1-- Bit sick is adjective. - 'A little' is a phrasal quantifier, so the article 'a' does not apply to the adjective. -- The first 'the' because it is a specific game that both speaker and listener know about, and the second 'the' because a game has only one score at any time.
