Hello! I am not sure whether my articles are correct here. If I am speaking in general should I use plural (psychological states, persons)? If yes, should I still use definite article? What would happen with articles if I chose singluar, also meaning in general?
The most important element of the communication process is often active listening and correct interpretation of what is being said, as well as posing questions and observing non-verbal signals which help us detect the real emotional and psychological states of the persons we are talking to.
Thank you!
