Dear Professor,
I would like to know if the articles and zero articles are used correctly or not in these questions:
What is the difference between deep and surface structure?
What is the difference between grammaticle and lexical meaning?
Would you please tell me if I have to a definitie atricle to "deep, surface, grammatical and lexical", if I have to add a plural "s" to "structure and meaning" or I can leave them without change?

Your sentences are fine as written (but note the spelling of grammatical ). You can use structures and meanings , but it is not absolutely necessary. In fact, the plurals strike me as hypercorrections.
