1) Did you get a shower today?

2) The papers were returned because of the lack of English proficieny.

3) I'll be leaving on the 23rd of March.

Have I used all articles correctly here?

(Except in the actual question "Have I used all articles correctly here?", which should have been "Have I used all the articles correctly here?").

Except you "take" a shower (the kind to clean yourself). You don't "get" a shower...but:

"did you take a shower today?" (did you do it?)

OR

"did you get to shower today?" (did you have an opportunity to do it?)

So depending on your meaning, either of these is the correct version for the first sentence.
