Article "the" with names of movies

Do we need a definite article talking about movies and cartoons? For example,
I always remember the "WALL.E" cartoon when thinking about it.
or
I always remember the cartoon "WALL.E" when thinking about it.

 Where is it better to put the word "cartoon", before or after the name of the cartoon?
