Article "the"

Hello.I have some problems with the articles.Especially my problem is uncountable nouns.Ex.

All the people in the world.... is this sentence correct?

People in the world.. is this sentence correct?

Girls in the classroom...or all the girls in the classrooms?

I have seen different usages of plural and uncountable nouns. The point I haven't understood is, when we add -s plural suffix to a countable noun we do not have to add also "the".

Could you also give me some examples. Thanks in advance.
