Article "the" and useage "hereby""hereafter""hereto"
1) Name of the document shown: "Application for the establishment of Representative Office"
Please explain why we use article "the" in the title of the documents while we have never said "establishment" before.
2) Please teach me the usage "hereby""hereinafter""hereto",... in legal writing.

Hi, 1) we use the when it is clear which thing or person we mean (general rule). You would also write: The sun is shining even though you had never meant the sun before. 'The establishment' in your sentence is clear for everyone which applies to the most of the abstract words like believe, development, etc.
