Einstein won the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1921. <- why it uses "the" here? Is that because there only one prize called Nobel Prize in the world?

Roentgen won a 1901 Nobel Prize. <-- why it uses "a" here? Is that because there are many Nobel Prizes in 1901, and Roentgen won one of them.

Einstein is known for his theory of relativity. <-- Should "r" be capital in this case? If not, why it uses no article?
