Article issue

That work was good education and strong learning.

Is there an article required before education/learning? Can use of no article be justified grammatically?

For clarity the statement in question is: That work was <an article> good education and <an article> strong learning. From grammar point of view, is the sentence fine without articles? Why or why not?

The phrase 'strong learning' is not natural. I don't understand what it means.

By 'work', I assume you mean a task, not a job.

That work was a good education.
With or without the article, this seems OK to me.

I think great learning is common. So what if the sentence was the following?

That work was good education and great learning.

Can you say how this can be correct grammatically without the article as it refers to a specific work ("that") and thus must refer to a specific education and not a general idea of an education (when no article is used)?

It is unnatural English. It is difficult to comment on articles when the entire sentence is not anything close to what a native speaker would say.

That work was very educational and it was a great learning experience.
That work was very educational

As a native speaker (AmE) I am sure that there are many sound english sentences that a native speaker won't say. That is why it asked for a specific grammar issue, if any, with the sentence (this is not for conversation speech but writing).

Right. Your sentence was not sound, in my opinion. Instead, ask something like this:

I had <an article> good education on that job.
