Article help

Someone tells me "I have a call with a customer next week". Some time later I ask,
"When do you have the call with the customer?"
Are the articles ok? The call and customer have both been discussed. it's the ones that he told me about it.

Are other combinations correct?
"When you do have a call with a customer"?
"When you do have the call with a customer"?
Thanx

Yes, that's the only correct version, for the reason you've outlined.

OK, but it's always a good idea to register. It's also totally free.
