Heya, I ask someone to set up a meeting/interview. Some time later I ask that person: "So have you set up a meeting with ...?"
If I choose "a meeting" instead of "the meeting" - it's also right in this situation, right? "The" is the meeting I asked for, so that makes sense, but I think "a" is ok too.
