Article "an", "a"

Hi

In a shop: I'll take an apple juice/I'll take apple juice.

On a plane: I'll take tea/I'll take a tea.

---Do I need the article?

a/an/some/[nothing] would all be ok in this situation. However, I think I would use "like" or "have" rather than "take". I think it's a little more polite.
