00Thanks. But the issue is not clear to me yet. As I mentioned earlier, Hotline Hills project have both the highest proejcted cost and the highest expected return. Which of the following sentences convey that. I feel that in #1 I am using 'projected cost' and 'expected return' in a general sense. 02br
