'Article 25 of the Act' or 'the Article 25 of the Act'?

Hi.

Smoking is prohibited in all College buildings and campus grounds in keeping with Article 25 of Health Promotion Act.

Should it be 'the Article 25' or 'Article 25'? I say 'Article 25.'

Best,

Hiro

Sounds to me that Article 25 is the name of the relevant part of the act so I would keep it as you first wrote it.
