Arrive in city/arrive in a city?

Hello, I´m from the Czech Republic, so I can´t speak english so well (so I´m sorry for the mistakes). I´m not sure with this thing - is it right "arrive in city" or "arrive in a city"? And is it right "arrive in company" and "arrive at a party"? Thank you for the answers.
