Arrive - future

Hi,
I am informing someone when John is scheduled to arrive.
1. John arrives at six o'clock today.
2. John is arriving at six o'clock today.
3. John is going to arrive at six o'clock today.
4. John will arrive at six o'clock today.

I think they are all correct, but would like to double-check. I've read that #1 is unlikely unless it's a recurring situation, but I've seen sentences such as "we been the tour in Paris . . . etc - for a one-time event).
