Arrival to/at/in ?

Hi everybody,
Could you please tell me which preposition to use?

Arrival in Prague
Arrival at Stratford

We were taught at school that the expression is "arrive at". But when searching on Google I found out other prepositions used with "arrival". Which is correct?

Thank you.
