please suggest for correction

Dear mr Kohler

with referf to your e-mail dated on 12-109-2007, you are visiting Dubai on 8-12-2007 to 12-12-2002,
so regarding this i would like to have a suggestion from you that if you had a time for the rest days i would like to fix two or three appointments with consultants
