Arranging a meeting - how to word it?

Hi,

I was wondering whether someone could help me

I am about to start a new job in a couple of weeks time. I would like to arrange (or ask) for a meeting with my supervisor prior to the official induction, but I just don't have any idea as to how to write this letter. Do I just say that I am arriving on xxx date and ask whether it would be possible to arrange a meeting before the induction?

I'd really appreciate any help Emotion: smile
