arrange a phone call (formal)

Are these sentences correct ?
Dear Mr. XXXX,

I am delighted to hear from you again. I will be glad to answer any questions that you might have concerning my application.
Would it be acceptable to you to have the phone call on Tuesday November XXth? I would suggest that you state the most convenient time according your agenda.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

The progressive is perfectly correct and acceptable here. The simple present is somewhat more formal, so I agree that it’s more appropriate here.

I didn't say it was incorrect, but it uses one more word. I don't think it's ideal.

I've never heard of a hiring manager that wanted to read more words than were necessary to get to the point. They have to read a lot of applications and respond to a lot of emails.

I was just pointing out that it was not a matter of grammar but formality.
