How would you say these 2 sentences please?

1 You're the only person I can do this in front of. You're the only person I can be myself around./with.

I think by the first one you are conveying, "You are the only person I feel comfortable enough with to do this in front of." Your construction is fine and conveys that. The second captures the same idea, and is also fine. I agree with MM.
