Nowadays, many adults tend to work from home, while youngsters start to study from home as technology has been more popular and more affordable. While many people think this is a negative trend, I would argue that working and studying online are good developments.
On the one hand, there are many reasons why people should learn face-to-face classes and working at offices. Firstly, face-to-face learning makes contributions to interactive learning, which leads to better transmission of knowledge. If we learn in schools, we can work under supervision and we can't cheat in formal examinations. It will reduce the number of students who falls behind with their studies. Furthermore, face-to-face working makes us more familiar with our workspace, colleagues which leads to sufficient teamwork. For example, participating in extra-curricular activities or teambulding games helps us understand mnay features about our mates.
On the other hand, I believe that working and studying form home are beneficial in some ways. First, working and studying online helps us get much information and provide many advantages by advances in technology. For example, when there is a need to research about a subjects, we can get access to many reliable sources and big database in the internet. Moreover, online workspace lets us know about top-tier company and classes in the whole over the world. For instance, students in developing countries can learn different curriculars in many developed countries, get access to the newest technology in the world. It also allows us to make foreign friends, which helps us know more about different traditions and cultures.
In conclusion, there are convincing arguments both for and against learning and working at home, but I believe that this is the right way of developments
