Hello everyone!

Is "around the corner" an idiomatic or literal expression?
E.g.:
The hospital is just around the corner. I.e. It's nearby.
The hospital is just around the corner. I.e. It's on the other side of a street corner.

I would use it literally if you are talking about a location.

Figuratively, it's used to say something is happening soon. "Valentine's day is just around the corner."
