Aren't vs Have you?

Hi,

I have been watching " I love Lucy" on Hulu and following sentence is take from there. But I need to know is this correct or not? Because I think in the dialogue should be " Have you" instead of "Aren't" because it is present perfect.

Here is

Fred, aren't you finished with that drain yet?

Kind Regards,
MF
