2) Do you play football at 10 tomorrow morning?
3) Will you play football at 10 tomorrow morning?
4) Will you be playing football at 10 tomorrow morning?

1) and 4) are fairly similar. You can use either one as a way of asking if football might conflict with another activity you want to propose. As such, it would come after "or":

Can you meet me at the library at 10 tomorrow morning or [are you / will you be ] playing football at that time?

This is similar to "or do you have plans to play football at that time?"

2) asks about someone's schedule.

I know you attend chemistry class at 8:30 tomorrow morning, but what do you have scheduled for 10? Do you play football at that time (tomorrow)?

3) is more difficult to contextualize. I don't think we use that question as much. One way of explaining it is to say that it's making a guess about what someone will do at 10 tomorrow morning IF some other plan does not work out. Suppose that a friend of yours has a dental appointment for 10 tomorrow morning. Your friend mentions to you that the appointment has been cancelled. You ask "So if you won't be going to the dentist at 10, what will you do instead? Will you play football (at that time)?" (Are you going to play football (at that time)? would work just as well in this context.)
