Hi,

Are you working tomorrow? - Present continuous tense
Are you going to work tomorrow? - Future tense

There's no difference in meaning. Remember that present continuous can be used for future. e.g "I'm playing basketball tomorrow." ..... The train is leaving at 4 o'clock. (The train leaves at 4 o'clock)- simple present.

May I just add that for scheduled events the most appropriate tense is Simple Past.
