Are you vs you are

Hi,

Please let me know whether to use "ARE YOU" or "YOU ARE" is correct in the following sentences, and why?

"I don't know when YOU ARE GOING to come. So, I am waiting for you at home."

"I don't know when ARE YOU GOING to come. So, I am waiting for you at home."

Use "I don't know when YOU ARE GOING to come. So, I am waiting for you at home."
"Are you" is generally used as a question, for example "Are you going home?" and "How old are you?". Usually the subject ("you") comes before the verb ("are going").

Only #1 is correct.

#2 uses the word order of a question, but it is not a question.
