Below are four (4) questions. You have to answer them instantly. You can't take your time, but must answer all of them immediately.

First Question: You are participating in a race. You overtake the second person. What position are you in?
Answer: If you answer that you are first, then you are absolutely wrong! If you overtake the second person and you take his place, you are second!
Try not to screw up in the next question.

Just a rectification for the second question : if you overtake the lastperson, you can also be second if the first person has already overtaken the lastperson.. you can also be thrid and so and so... you just can't be the last person since you overtook him.

Thanks for your opinion, but to my way of thinking the answer is correct...But wait..!! I've got it now!! The reason of the complexity is that; it isn't mentioned how many people there are in that race/competition...For instance; if there are 2 people in that race..when you pass the last one you'll be the first..if there are 3 people

ok.. hum, you didn't understand what I meant.. let me explain :
The answer said : The only way to overtake the lastperson is to lapped the field, which means that you have caught up with the last rider in the race.
The Conclusion : to be able able to cacht up with the last rider, you must be the first one !

I had read these question/answers earlier and they were all same except the lapping thing... So I thought it was the same quiz and answered accordingly...

there must be different quizzes with some little differences lol.. I just found funny that this quiz was wrong cause you CAN actually overtake the lastperson as I explained before lol..

well, it isn't really about how many people in the race.. the only consequence would be that you can't be the third one if you're only two racers which seems understable enough ;-) but in some aspects you're right ! ;-)

I just got it from brunk which is an other nickname that someone took away from me on this forum before I could have picked it up ! Maybe I did it a couple of months ago and I just forgot my password... so brk was... got to find a signification for each letters, it would sound better..
