"Are you still working at/for" vs "Do you still work at/for"

Hi,

If you see someone that you haven't seen in a long time and you want to know if the person is still working at/for or still works at/for a company (as you can see, I'm already uncertain here), do you say -

1. Are you still working at/for XXX?

or

2. Do you still work at/for XXX?

And what are the differences, if there's any, between these two usages?

Thanks!

Hi, and welcome to the forums. I see no difference in those statements at all.
