Are you not considering

I consider Tom my friend.

1) Are you not considering my enemies your enemies, then? Because Tom is my enemy.

2) Aren't you considering my enemies your enemies then? Because Tom is my enemy.


Are both '1' and '2' acceptable in this context?

Is there any difference in their meanings?
