Are you finish work or having dinner time?

I went to the cake shop and met my friend.
She was wearing uniform and I know she is on shift work.

"Are you finish work or having dinner time?"
Does it sound natural to ask she is on rest time (have to back to work) or she is finished work?

I think that it would sound more natural to say, "Are you on break, or are you finished working?"
