Are you feeling pain / do you feel pain?

Hello to everyone.

Today I faced a small gramatical problem and now I am confused if it's correct or not. Could anyone help me please? How is correct to say: Are you feeling pain? Or Do you feel pain? ( when you go to doctor and he is testing you).
