A young man with a lot of problems is seeing a psychologist. Once he doesn't show up to their appointment. The psychologist seeks out the young man at his home address. The young man is not happy to see him and says:
Young man: Are you always so hard to get rid of?
Psychologist: No.
Young man: So why me?
Psychologist: Because I think I can help you.
Is the bold-face dialog question grammatical and natural here? And could I add "for your clients" to it?
It makes no sense.
