Are worrying or worried?

Hi

So on the exam there was an exercise, where I had to fill gap with a proper form of verb. I filled one like that:

Many people are (worry) worried that pandas may soon lose their habitats.

Is this the right form or it should be "worrying"? Or both are correct?
