Are underlined parts gramatically correct?

Hi!

Are the underlined parts gramatically correct?

Currently I’m living in Germany but my ex wife lives in Australia and has established family relationships, and as a result of such relationships she is expecting a child. In my opinion, this new situation expressly brings into light procedure for exercising of my access rights to my daughter, Vicky, as it is highly possible that my daughter can alienate from me and cease to perceive me as a father.

Thank you!

There are grammatical problems with the whole paragraph. There is also a question of what exactly you want to say. Is this what you mean?
